The move has been a resounding success with the business continuing to grow and gaining a reputation as one of the industries leading consultancies specializing in the Food & Drink industry.

He has traveled the world advising on factory setups for manufacturing businesses, designing complex supplier purchasing models for leading global retailers, and delivering bespoke optimisation programmes. His expertise includes training and mentoring key employees to ensure businesses achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Claire brings over 15 years of expertise in leading quality, operations, and sustainability teams. For the past 8 years, she served as the Operations Director and EU Head of Sustainability for one of the world’s largest food businesses. Claire's deep industry knowledge is backed by an MBA from Trinity College Dublin and experience chairing multi stakeholder European Boards devising, implementing and communicating their objectives and strategies to external audiences.

Her experience working with some of Europe’s largest retail and foodservice brands equips her with a unique perspective on how to optimise processes, master all aspects of supply chain management, lead projects and drive sustainability strategy.
